At SwayUp, we value the care and responsibility of our customers when using our rental items. Please read the following return policy carefully before confirming your booking.
Return Condition
All rented items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. Upon return, our team will inspect the items for any damage or misuse.
Damage or Loss Terms
- If any item is damaged, broken, or missing upon return, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement.
- The damage cost will be charged additionally at the time of return based on the estimated value and repair cost determined by SwayUp.
- A detailed breakdown of the damage cost will be provided, and payment must be made immediately upon item return.
Return Process
- All items must be returned to the designated location and staff as instructed during booking.
- Late returns may result in additional rental charges.
- We recommend customers take care of equipment and store items safely to avoid damage charges.
Important Notes
- SwayUp reserves the right to inspect and assess damages.
- Customers are encouraged to report any accidental damage during the rental period as soon as possible.
