Cancellation Policy
At SwayUp, we strive to provide a smooth and flexible experience for all our customers. We understand that plans may change, and we have structured our cancellation policy to be fair and transparent.
Cancellation Terms
- 30 Days or More Before the Booking Date:
You may cancel your booking at no charge. A full cancellation with no penalties will be granted. - 14 to 29 Days Before the Booking Date:
Cancellation during this period will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% of your booking amount will be waived. - Less Than 14 Days Before the Booking Date:
Cancellations made 13 days or less before your scheduled booking date will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No amount will be waived, and the full booking amount will be charged.
How to Cancel a Booking
To cancel your booking, you must contact our team directly through one of the following methods:

Please include the following information in your cancellation request:
- Your full name
- Booking reference or invoice number
- Booking date
- Reason for cancellation
Important Notes:
- The cancellation request must be made by the person who made the original booking.
- Cancellation is only confirmed once you receive a written acknowledgment from our team.
- No verbal cancellations will be accepted.
- If you do not cancel your booking and fail to show up, the full amount will be charged (no-show policy).
